We organise birthday parties for children from the age of five, but we are happy to consider other parties as well. The age of five is our minimum age and we tend to stick to it. We can deliver our track to your chosen location, be it village hall or your own house, though the second option will have to meet certain criteria which we are happy to discuss once enquiry has been made. The area we cover is mainly around Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Bracknell and Weybridge, but we would consider other locations in Surrey within reasonable distance from Woking. We need half an hour before and after the party to assemble and disassemble the track. We can only attend parties organised over the weekends.

The parties follow the well-established format with total duration of 2 hours where the racing is around one and a quarter hour followed by time for food and cake (we DO NOT provide this) after which we announce the race results, present every driver with a medal and a certificate and award the winner with a trophy.

The race format consists of 5 lap heats where every driver gets to race against every other one while starting in each of the four lanes. We need the number of the drivers in advance so that we can prepare the exact race format.

Payment is in advance either using the PayPal link below (there is a surcharge for this) or on the day before the party, please state the party when paying through PayPal and enter the current amount which at the moment stands at 175 GBP + 5 GBP surcharge for parties of up to 15 drivers, for bigger parties please contact us.
